Sala Bai Hotel and Restaurant School
Sala Baï is a hotel and restaurant school in Siem Reap created by the French NGO ‘’Agir Pour Le Cambodge’’ in 2002. In the last five years, 413 disadvantaged young people have been trained, enabling them to achieve economic independence and improve the living conditions of their families.

Improving the quality of life of vulnerable women and their children through sustainable social and economic integration
NYEMO aims to provide vulnerable women with the necessary means to regain their dignity and participate actively in the development of their country. Every year, around 800 women who are abused, trafficked, sick, affected by HIV/AIDS and/or abandoned by their families or husbands receive support from us, in addition to around 700 orphans and vulnerable children. We opened our first restaurant and handicraft boutique in Phnom Penh in 1998 with a second one at the Russian Market and a third in Siem Reap. A new guesthouse located at Le Rit’s Restaurant was opened in early September 2007.

Developing tourism through high-quality training
The Paul Dubrule School of Hotel and Tourism provides young Cambodians with high-quality hospitality training that meets both international standards and the needs of local employers in the hotel, restaurant and tourism industry. Through a related non-government organisation, we offer scholarships to underprivileged young Cambodians, giving them the training they need to join the hospitality industry. In addition we have four hotel rooms, a front office, a lobby, a restaurant, a kitchen, a bakery and a bar.

Our social mission is to contribute in building a promising future for the disadvantaged youth in Siem Reap and Cambodia. We do this through providing them with restaurant training, former street children and communities living with HIV/AIDS with income-generating opportunities and supporting Khmer performance arts.
