International visitors can fly to Da Nang International Airport and take a 40-minute taxi/shuttle bus ride to Hoi An town. Those who are already in Viet Nam can fly to Da Nang, Chu Lai or to Phu Bai International Airport to see Hue – Viet Nam’s ancient capital – before taking the scenic three-hour drive to Hoi An.
Other popular entry points to Viet Nam for international visitors are Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
